With the theme "The Definitive Z Choice - Entering the new era with Gen Z", the nominations were evaluated based on the trends and innovations of the young generation of talent through a survey on the overall level of engagement. This is a specialized model developed by HR Asia to measure the level of employee engagement while ensuring the effectiveness and transparency of the evaluation process.
