Alcohol concentration measurement, drug testing for drivers of passenger cars and trucks

The guiding viewpoint of Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Lien Son, Deputy Chief of Hue City Police, was to launch the campaign with drastic and effective solutions, to do things thoroughly, without asking for favors, without favoritism or avoidance. Each officer and soldier on duty must strive and do their best for the common goal.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hoang Vu, Captain of the Traffic Police - Order Team of Hue City Police, emphasized that all officers and soldiers on patrol and control duty must strictly handle passenger vans and trucks carrying more people than the prescribed number, violating the Road Traffic Law; at the same time, conduct alcohol concentration measurements and rapid drug tests for drivers and assistants... If violations are detected, the Traffic Police force of Hue City Police will coordinate to strictly handle them according to the provisions of the law.

After the launching ceremony, the Traffic Police - Order Team of Hue City Police assigned forces and sent working groups to the Southern and Northern bus stations to measure alcohol concentration and conduct rapid drug tests on drivers and bus assistants when driving vehicles out of the station.

Other working groups focus on patrolling and conducting fixed and mobile controls to strictly handle passenger cars and trucks carrying goods; ensuring traffic order and safety, with the determination to prevent serious traffic accidents.
