Within the framework of the program, the Delegation organized the installation of signs and presented the pilot model of the "Vuon May" Economic Garden with a total of 1,000 plum seedlings. Of which, 500 trees were distributed to households in difficult circumstances, the remaining 500 trees were handed over to the Cao Pha commune government, in order to contribute to building a model of sustainable agricultural economic development in the locality. At the same time, the Delegation repaired the Lim Mong kindergarten under Khau Pha kindergarten; supported the construction of a new house of gratitude for a particularly difficult household in Cao Pha commune, Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province. In particular, the Delegation organized a clinical examination and treatment program and provided free medicine to 500 local people and children; presented 20 gifts to households in difficult circumstances and 500 gifts to children in Cao Pha commune. Total resources mobilized for the program amounted to more than 200 million VND.

At the incense offering sites, the delegation expressed their respect and deep gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of the Party and the nation; vowing to study and follow his ideology, morality and style for the rest of their lives. At the same time, the delegation also remembered and paid tribute to the heroic martyrs - the steadfast and indomitable sons who fell for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
