The political report and the speeches at the congress affirmed: During the past term, the Youth Union of the Academy Office thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the resolutions and directives of the Party committees at all levels; closely followed the unit's tasks, and operated in accordance with its functions and tasks. In particular, the Youth Union had many good models and creative ways of doing things in the Youth Union work and youth movements, campaigns, such as: "Youth follow Uncle Ho's words"; "Uncle Ho's teachings on this day in history"; "A story about Uncle Ho every week"; "A good news every day"; "Youth branches have no Youth Union cadres or youth union members violating the law and discipline"; "Youth branches have no cigarette smoke"...

With the spirit of "Pioneering, solidarity, initiative, creativity, and determination to win", opinions at the congress frankly pointed out existing limitations and shortcomings, and proposed many creative policies and measures for the new term.

In the coming term, promoting the spirit of youth, cadres and union members to proactively improve the quality of implementing the Union's movements and digital transformation; complying with the law, discipline, ensuring safety; improving the capacity and responsibility of setting an example for the Union's cadres; contributing to the successful completion of the Office's political tasks, building a clean and strong Office Party Committee, a comprehensively strong Office that is "exemplary and typical".
