Special art program and 2 high-altitude fireworks displays to celebrate the success of the Provincial Party Congress

To celebrate the success of the 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, tonight, September 27, Quang Ninh province will organize high-altitude fireworks displays at two locations: October 30 Square and the Bank Hill area (Ha Long Ward). The fireworks display will take place from 9:30 p.m. with a duration of 15 minutes/location, with an expected 800 fireworks and 60 sets/location.

Also tonight , at October 30 Square, there will be a special art program with the theme " Quang Ninh - Moving forward strongly under the glorious Party flag".

The art program welcoming the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress had the participation of many famous artists.

The stage for the special art program with the theme "Quang Ninh - Moving forward strongly under the glorious Party flag" at October 30 Square is ready.

The program brings together famous artists: Meritorious Artist Hoang Tung, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, My Linh, Pham Thuy Dung, Tuan Anh, Ngoc Anh, Hoang Bach, Hoang Hai, Hoang Hong Ngoc, Ha An Huy, rapper Hoang Nam and actors from Quang Ninh Youth and Children's Cultural Palace, Dong Do Drum Festival, Ha Long University...

The program is broadcast live on QTV1, QTV3 channels, live radio and livestream on the fanpage of Quang Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television.

Fireworks are ready at the Bank Hill area (Ha Long ward).

The program aims to bring a unique cultural and artistic space to welcome the success of the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life, continuing to affirm the Party's leadership role and outstanding achievements as well as development aspirations of Quang Ninh in the new period.
