The activity was held to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Quang Nam Province (March 24, 1975 - March 24, 2025). Also participating in the incense offering were representatives of the Standing Committee of Hiep Duc District Party Committee.

At the Zone 5 Party Committee Relic Site, the delegation offered incense and flowers at the office of State Council Chairman Vo Chi Cong; expressing respect and commemorating the great contributions of comrade Vo Chi Cong to the cause of national liberation.

Next, the delegation offered flowers and incense to express gratitude and commemorate the heroic martyrs at the memorial stele of the martyrs who were officers of the Propaganda Department of Zone 5 who sacrificed their lives on the battlefield of Zone V during the resistance war against the US to save the country.

The Zone 5 Party Committee Base in Song Tra Commune was the last base of the Zone 5 Party Committee during the national liberation resistance war on the Zone 5 battlefield (1973 - 1975). At this base, the Zone 5 Party Committee and the Military Region 5 Command outlined the plan for the Spring General Offensive and Uprising in 1975.
