Delegation of the Argentine Justice Party visits Ha Long Bay.

On the morning of November 13th, a delegation from the Argentine Justice Party, led by Comrade Emilio Jose Ribera, Deputy Head of the Central Committee's Foreign Affairs Department, visited Ha Long Bay as part of their working visit to Vietnam. Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Nhan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, along with representatives from several departments and agencies, welcomed and accompanied the delegation.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Nhan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, on behalf of the Quang Ninh provincial leadership, presented flowers to welcome Comrade Emilio Jose Ribera, Deputy Head of the Central Committee's Foreign Affairs Department, and members of the delegation from the Argentine Justice Party.

Welcoming and presenting flowers to Comrade Emilio Jose Ribera, Deputy Head of the Central Committee's Foreign Affairs Department, and members of the delegation, the Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department expressed joy and honor that the delegation of the Argentine Justice Party had shown affection and chosen Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh as one of their destinations during their visit and work in Vietnam.

The Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department expressed his hope that Comrade Emilio Jose Ribera and the members of the delegation would have relaxing moments and fully enjoy the peaceful and poetic beauty of Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage Site and natural wonder.

The delegation from the Argentine Justice Party boarded a boat for a tour of Ha Long Bay.

Comrade Emilio Jose Ribera, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Foreign Relations of the Argentine Justice Party, expressed his sincere gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality extended by the leaders of Quang Ninh province to the delegation. He also expressed his joy at being able to personally experience and contribute to spreading the beauty of Ha Long Bay and the friendliness and hospitality of the people of Quang Ninh.
