On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), on the morning of February 3, a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, and National Assembly delegation led by Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, came to offer flowers at the Nam Lin historical relic site, Hoang Tung commune, Hoa An district - where the first Communist Party cell of Cao Bang province was established. Also attending were Comrade Trieu Dinh Le, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Hoang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors and Hoa An district.

On April 1, 1930, at Nam Lin stream, Hao Lich hamlet, Hoang Tung commune, comrade Hoang Van Non, on behalf of the Long Chau Party Cell, organized a ceremony to admit two outstanding comrades in the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association in Cao Bang , Le Doan Chu and Nong Van Do, into the Communist Party of Vietnam and announced the establishment of the first Communist Party Cell of the province with comrade Hoang Van Non as secretary. Right from its establishment, the Cell performed the function of the provisional Provincial Party Committee, leading and directing the revolutionary movement in the entire province. The birth of the first Communist Party Cell of the province marked a step forward in the struggle for national liberation. From here, many revolutionary cadres of the province were assigned by the Party to operate, build revolutionary bases, and contribute to the establishment of Party organizations in many provinces and cities across the country.
After 95 years of construction and development, the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee has continuously developed and grown in all aspects. From the first Party cell of the province with only 3 Party members, through 19 congresses, up to now, the Provincial Party Committee has had over 63,600 Party members with 539 grassroots Party organizations, with 15 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. Since the beginning of the 2020 - 2025 term, in the context of many difficulties and challenges in the world, region and country, under the close leadership of the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee, the flexible management of the provincial government along with the high determination of the entire political system, the entire people, the entire army and the business community, the cooperation and assistance of organizations and individuals at home and abroad, Cao Bang has strived to successfully implement socio-economic goals, has been creating momentum to rise strongly, achieving many important and comprehensive results, contributing to changing the face of the revolutionary homeland to become more and more dynamic and rich in identity. In particular, in 2024, the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Project was started, Cao Bang Airport was added to the master plan for the development of the national airport system for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050... creating conditions to promote the connection between Cao Bang and provinces and cities nationwide and internationally. Cao Bang is one of the provinces whose Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, was approved by the Prime Minister early, contributing to creating a solid corridor, expanding the vision and aspiration for Cao Bang to fully exploit its potential and advantages, becoming a province with a fast, dynamic, green, sustainable and comprehensive economic development in the new period.
Under the glorious flag of the Party, the Party Committee, Government and People of all ethnic groups in Cao Bang province pledge to unite, have absolute trust in the leadership of the Party, firmly follow the path chosen by the Party, Uncle Ho and our People, arouse the will of self-reliance, self-improvement, the aspiration to rise up, strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks of socio-economic development in 2025; in the immediate future, the leaders will well implement the work of organizing the political system to be streamlined, strong, efficient, effective and efficient, continue to lead the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; lead the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels, the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, towards the 14th National Party Congress; determined to build Cao Bang province into a "model" province, a "pioneer" in building socialism as beloved Uncle Ho instructed, worthy of the Party's trust and the fine traditions of the homeland of the revolutionary origin, together with the whole country entering a new era, an era of national growth.
