The road in front of Thuong Am Gas Station is seriously degraded.

The scene of disrepair and serious degradation on National Highway 37 in front of Thuong Am Gas Station (Son Duong).

According to actual records, only a short stretch of road is densely populated with large and small "buffalo potholes" and "chicken potholes". The road surface is broken and peeled off, creating deep holes. When it is sunny, dust flies up, limiting visibility and affecting the health of people living on both sides of the road. Conversely, when it rains, these holes turn into large, muddy puddles, making travel extremely difficult and posing a high risk of accidents.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong, a driver who regularly travels this route, said: "If a low-chassis vehicle passes this section of road without skillfully swerving, it is easy to hit the ground. It is called a road, but it is so damaged that it no longer has the shape of a road."

National Highway 37 is seriously degraded, causing difficulties for traffic participants.

Not only causing difficulties for vehicles, the degraded road condition also directly threatens the safety of traffic participants and residents. Ms. Hua Thi Dung, a resident living near the damaged road, expressed: "The degraded road condition has appeared for nearly a year now but has not been repaired. There have been accidents due to the bad road surface." Ms. Dung's words are a warning of serious consequences if this situation is not resolved promptly.

The delay in maintenance and repair of the road not only affects the travel and daily life of the people but also poses a potential risk of traffic accidents.
