The young officers of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Armed Forces welcomed and guided a delegation of young officers from several units of the Royal Cambodian Army to visit the memorial complex of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen's journey to save the country in Loc Ninh District (Binh Phuoc) and visit: The historical relic site of the Southern Liberation Army Command Base; Regiment 736, Binh Phuoc Provincial Military Command... The youth of the units also coordinated to organize seminars, cultural and artistic exchanges, volleyball, football and planting memorial gardens...

According to Colonel Pham Nhu Quan, Political Commissar of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Military Command, these activities are part of a series of exchange activities between young officers of the Provincial Military Command and the Binh Phuoc Provincial Border Guard with young officers of several units of the Royal Cambodian Army including: Military Sub-regions of 3 provinces of Kratie, Mundulkiri, Tbong - Khmum and the Gendarmerie Command of 2 provinces of Kratie and Mundulkiri.

Through activities to propagate and educate the tradition of solidarity and friendship between the armies and people of the two countries in general and the armed forces of Binh Phuoc province with some units of the Royal Cambodian Army bordering Binh Phuoc province in particular.
Through this, young officers have the opportunity to exchange, learn, improve their qualifications, knowledge, work experience and especially gain a deeper understanding of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen's process of finding a way to save the country as well as the traditions of each unit and locality.
