Favorite Enterprise - Enterprise of Choice 2025 is a non-profit survey, conducted by CareerViet with methodological sponsorship from Amco Vietnam Market Research Company.

Vinamilk is the most favorite enterprise for two consecutive years.

Ms. Tran Lien Phuong, Director of Research and Strategic Consulting at Amco Vietnam, said the survey was launched from June 9 to August 31, attracting more than 4 million views. The ranking is the result of votes from 88,129 employees, 6,712 businesses in 20 fields nationwide.

In the medium-sized enterprise sector, Viettel Group was voted the Most Favorite Enterprise of the Year. In addition to Viettel, the top 10 most favorite enterprises of the medium-sized enterprise sector also included VPBank, Toshiba Vietnam, McDonald's Vietnam, Jotun Paints Vietnam, Prep Technology Joint Stock Company, Nabati Vietnam, Bao Viet Securities Joint Stock Company and Duy Tan Recycling.
