Temporarily suspend a series of electronic tax applications for 2 days

(Dan Tri) - The electronic tax service application and the administrative procedure information system will be temporarily suspended on October 11 and 12. Taxpayers need to proactively arrange their work.

The Department of Taxation ( Ministry of Finance ) has just announced a plan to temporarily suspend tax application systems to serve the purpose of checking and evaluating the system's readiness level in the standby environment.

Accordingly, the electronic tax service application system will be temporarily suspended for the first time for 8 hours, from 6:00 p.m. on October 11 to 2:00 a.m. on October 12; the second suspension will be from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on October 12.

For the administrative procedure information system, the application will be temporarily suspended for one and a half hours, from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on October 11 and a second suspension from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on October 12.

The Tax Department said that during the suspension period, taxpayers will not be able to use electronic tax service applications, administrative procedure settlement information systems, and centralized electronic signature applications.

Including electronic tax service for businesses (eTax), electronic tax service for individuals (iCanhan), electronic tax service on mobile devices (eTax Mobile), e-Commerce Portal, e-Portal for households and individuals to register, declare and pay taxes from e-commerce and digital platform business (e-Commerce Canhan).

The electronic information portal for foreign suppliers, electronic tax services on the National Public Service Portal, and electronic tax services on the Ministry of Finance's Public Service Portal will also be temporarily suspended.

In addition, to ensure effective implementation, limit impacts on taxpayers and professional activities at tax agencies at all levels, the Tax Department directs departments and units under the Tax Department and provincial and municipal Tax to grasp the plan, fully notify all cadres, civil servants, employees and taxpayers to be proactive in their work.
