In cases where documents are not yet available or not yet completed, tax authorities must proactively provide clear guidance on policies, documents and procedures, and coordinate with relevant agencies in handling administrative procedures, providing documents and certificates to determine the extent of damage as requested by affected businesses and individuals.

The Tax Department also requested local tax authorities to strengthen inspection, supervision and strictly handle acts of harassing taxpayers or taking advantage of policies for personal gain; assign focal officers to coordinate, guide and support taxpayers in restoring tax records such as tax declarations, tax exemption and reduction records, tax refund records and tax payment extension records, as well as necessary documents to serve the determination of damages according to regulations. At the same time, promptly and quickly resolve support policies for taxpayers.
