Dialogue with FDI enterprises in a frank and open-minded spirit

Under the direction of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong, the 2023 Dialogue Conference with FDI enterprises conducted a direct dialogue with FDI enterprises.

At the conference hall, there were nearly 10 rounds of discussion and dialogue focusing on the following issues: implementation of fire prevention and fighting regulations; industrial park infrastructure such as electricity, roads, clean water, waste; security and safety; difficulties in implementing rooftop solar power... Previously, the conference received 25 written questions, including difficulties in attracting secondary investors to industrial parks; determining value-added tax, land rent... Basically, the discussion and recommendations were satisfactorily answered by departments, branches, functional agencies and localities, thereby promptly removing difficulties and promoting production and business activities of enterprises.

Appreciating the role and contribution of the FDI sector in creating a breakthrough for Bac Ninh in recent years, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan thanked the FDI business community for their frank sharing, recommendations and requests at the Dialogue Conference. This is an important suggestion for the leadership and direction of the province towards FDI enterprises in particular and enterprises in general. With the viewpoint of considering the success and failure of enterprises as its own success and failure, Bac Ninh is always ready to meet and dialogue with FDI enterprises at any time they propose; commit to fully and publicly respond to the reflections and recommendations of enterprises. For issues beyond their authority, the provincial authorities will consult with the Central agencies to provide the earliest and most satisfactory answers. The Provincial People's Committee is assigned to study and establish a comprehensive database to answer questions that enterprises frequently encounter for convenient reference and time saving.

The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that FDI enterprises always comply with the law, demonstrate a sense of responsibility, accompany the province in overcoming difficulties, moving towards successful growth; pay attention to ensuring the lives of workers and laborers; closely follow the direction of green transformation, digital transformation, and improving the quality of industrial development in the province.
