Association of Small and Medium Enterprises accepts members' recommendations

BAC NINH – On the afternoon of September 19, the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of Bac Ninh province held a conference to grasp the difficulties and recommendations of member enterprises. Nearly 50 enterprises and representatives of the Association of Enterprises in Tu Son, Yen Phong and Tien Du attended.

Representatives of enterprises reflected on a number of difficulties related to production and business activities such as: Difficulty in accessing modern technology to effectively operate domestic waste treatment plants; complicated procedures for converting land use purposes; difficulties in acceptance and settlement of domestic waste treatment projects; difficulties in liquidating solar power purchase contracts; acceptance of items and fire prevention and fighting plans; settlement of BT (build-transfer) projects; site clearance of BT counterpart projects...

The Association's Standing Committee answers members' suggestions.

Enterprises recommended that the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and localities propose to central ministries and branches to reduce procedures for implementing fire prevention and fighting items for groups of occupations with low risk of fire and explosion; remove obstacles in calculating land use fees for public land areas in trade and service projects in craft villages; pay attention to supporting enterprises in accessing preferential capital sources; and increase the extension period for sand and gravel gathering areas.

Based on the opinions expressed at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises directly answered a number of issues related to solar power development policies; capital incentives, human resource training of authorities at all levels for enterprises; industrial cluster planning for small and medium enterprises...

Previously, the Association also held a conference to listen to the difficulties, problems and recommendations of member enterprises in Kinh Bac and Que Vo areas. According to the plan, the Association will continue to hold a meeting to grasp the difficulties, problems and recommendations of enterprises belonging to the Association of Enterprises in Thuan Thanh, Gia Binh and Luong Tai areas at the end of September 2025. From there, the Association will synthesize the recommendations to send to the authorities for research and find solutions to help enterprises stabilize production and business activities.
