At around 10:30 a.m. the same day, Mr. Cao Van Chinh in Ha Bac commune, on his way home from work through Ha Nam commune, discovered a black leather wallet dropped on the side of the road. He quickly brought the wallet to report and handed it over to the Ha Nam commune police force.

After receiving the wallet, Ha Nam Commune Police checked inside and found about 300,000 VND in cash, 1 ATM card, 1 car driving license, 1 motorbike driving license, 1 citizen ID card and many other important personal documents in the name of Mr. Dong Hung Nguyen in An Thanh Commune. Ha Nam Commune Police promptly verified the information and proactively contacted Mr. Nguyen to return it.
