Subjects to whom policies and regulations apply in organizational restructuring.

Government Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024, on policies and regulations for officials, civil servants, public employees, workers, and members of the armed forces in the implementation of organizational restructuring of the political system, will take effect from January 1, 2025.

Article 2 of the Decree specifies the subjects to whom the policies and regulations apply, including officials, civil servants, employees, and members of the armed forces, in the implementation of the reorganization of the political system's organizational structure.
