Vietnam U16 women's team actively prepares for the 2025 Southeast Asian U16 Women's Championship

VHO - On the afternoon of July 31, after more than a week of training since July 23 at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center, the Vietnam U16 women's team continued to practice tactics and gain competition experience, aiming for the 2025 Southeast Asian U16 Women's Championship.

Under the direction of head coach Okiyama Masahiko, the U16 women's team's training sessions are still organized systematically and effectively thanks to the dedicated support of assistants, including experienced coach Nguyen Thi Mai Lan.

Coach Okiyama Masahiko said that the preparations are going smoothly and according to plan. The players are making progress in all aspects, especially the experience gained during the training camp in Japan has helped improve their technique and tactics.

The team is currently maintaining a stable training level, focusing on improving individual skills, enhancing team coordination and practicing flexibility. The positive results during the preparation process have added motivation and confidence to the Vietnam U16 women's team before entering the regional tournament.

With determination and careful preparation, the Vietnam U16 women's team aims to not only perform well on the field but also affirm the position of the country's youth women's football in Southeast Asia.
