In the first 6 months of 2024, the Party Committee and the Military Region 3 Command focused on leading and directing agencies and units to strictly maintain discipline and duty regimes, review, adjust, supplement plans, and practice combat readiness plans. Effectively carry out education and training on national defense and security knowledge for subjects; select and call citizens to join the army to ensure good targets and quality; provinces and cities invested more than 224 billion VND of local budget to build 41 military works in defense areas...

The Party Committee and the Military Region 3 Command directed to focus on innovation in content, programs, organization and training methods for subjects, especially training new soldiers. Directed units to organize the Emulation Congress for Victory at the grassroots level and directly above the grassroots level for the period 2019-2024, ensuring good quality.
