On the morning of January 6th, the Command of Military Region 3 held a meeting to summarize military and national defense work for 2024.
The Hai Duong Provincial Military Command is honored to be the only unit in the armed forces of Military Region 3 to be awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag by the Government in the emulation movement of 2024.
In 2024, the Hai Duong Provincial Military Party Committee advised the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee on leading and directing the successful implementation of local defense and military tasks. The Provincial Military Service Council strictly implemented all stages and steps in the recruitment and conscription of citizens into the military, achieving 100% of the recruitment target and mobilizing reserve soldiers.
The Provincial Steering Committee for Regional Defense Exercises successfully directed regional defense exercises in Hai Duong City and Chi Linh City; and exercises ensuring combat defense for the Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Industry and Trade. The Provincial Military Command completed a one-sided, one-level command post exercise on a map in accordance with regulations and with absolute safety.
The armed forces of Hai Duong province topped the "Determined to Win" emulation movement in 2024 among the nine provinces and cities under Military Region 3.
