Hai Duong Provincial Military Command is the only unit of Military Region 3 to receive the Excellent Emulation Flag from the Government.

Authorized by the Prime Minister, the Head of Military Region 3 Command presented the Excellent Emulation Flag to the representative of the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command. On the morning of January 6, the Military Region 3 Command held a summary of military and defense work in 2024.

Hai Duong Provincial Military Command is honored to be the only unit in the armed forces of Military Region 3 to receive the Government's Excellent Emulation Flag in the 2024 emulation movement.

In 2024, the Hai Duong Provincial Military Party Committee advised the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the successful completion of local defense and military tasks. The Provincial Military Service Council strictly implemented all stages and steps in the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army, completing 100% of the recruitment and mobilization targets for reserve soldiers.

The Provincial Defense Zone Exercise Steering Committee successfully conducted defense zone exercises in Hai Duong City and Chi Linh City; defensive combat assurance exercises at the Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Industry and Trade. The Provincial Military Command completed the command exercise of one side and one level on the map in accordance with regulations and with absolute safety.

Hai Duong Provincial Armed Forces lead the emulation movement "Determined to Win 2024" in block 9 provinces and cities under Military Region 3.
