3rd Military Region Command: Comprehensive review of mission performance at border units.

On August 26th and the morning of August 27th, a delegation from the 3rd Military Region Command, led by Major General Ha Tat Dat, Deputy Commander of the Military Region, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the results of task implementation at the Military Commands of Binh Lieu and Hai Ha districts, Mong Cai city, and the Vinh Thuc Island Company ( Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command). Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Son, Deputy Commander of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, also participated in the delegation.

At the units, the delegation inspected the management of operational documents and the organization of training exercises; maintaining combat readiness, monitoring and assessing the situation; the management and use of national defense land, combat facilities, and ammunition depots; the organization of force building, training, regularization, and discipline management; the leadership, direction, and implementation of resolutions, directives, orders, conclusions, and guidelines of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , the General Political Department, and Military Region 3 on the implementation of tasks in 2024; the building of Party committees, Party work activities, and political work in training, combat readiness, and some aspects of logistics and technical support…

In his concluding remarks after the inspection, Major General Ha Tat Dat acknowledged and commended the achievements of the units, especially their efforts in addressing the shortcomings and limitations previously pointed out by the inspection teams. He also requested that the units thoroughly rectify the shortcomings and deficiencies identified by the inspection teams, promptly supplement and improve the documents to ensure compliance with regulations; organize thorough training in combat readiness plans, especially for the National Day celebrations on September 2nd; organize training for personnel according to plan; improve the quality of regularization, management, discipline training, and strict adherence to regulations, ensuring absolute safety; effectively carry out political and ideological work in all tasks, especially organizing well the activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day; and actively increase production to achieve effective and practical results, contributing to improving the lives of the soldiers.
