Hoang Que Ward launches a 40-day urban beautification campaign.

On the morning of December 11th, at the Chi Linh cultural center, the People's Committee of Hoang Que ward organized a ceremony to launch a 40-day emulation campaign to complete projects for renovating, upgrading, and improving urban infrastructure and residential areas.

Representatives from residential areas in Hoang Que ward signed a commitment to renovate and encourage residents to donate land and infrastructure for urban beautification.

At the launching ceremony, representatives from residential areas in the ward signed a commitment to renovate and mobilize people to donate land and structures to participate in upgrading urban infrastructure and residential areas to achieve the goal of building Quang Ninh province into a centrally-governed city before 2030.

Right at the ceremony, 100 households in the ward voluntarily agreed to move their fences and donate land for the construction of the projects.

Comrade Le Van Do, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Que Ward, assigned tasks to relevant units at the launching ceremony.

To concretize this goal, the People's Committee of the ward simultaneously commenced construction on 10 projects after completing the investment procedures within the prescribed timeframe. These include 9 projects to upgrade transportation infrastructure and 1 urban beautification project, with a total investment of nearly 60 billion VND. Construction is scheduled to take place within 40 days.

To ensure progress, the People's Committee of Hoang Que Ward requests that contractors allocate sufficient manpower and equipment to ensure construction, striving to put the projects into use by the end of January 2026.

The project to upgrade and renovate the traffic routes in the Chi Linh area commenced immediately after the launching ceremony.

The organization of the launching ceremony for the emulation movement and the 40-day campaign to complete the renovation, upgrading, and beautification of urban infrastructure and residential areas in the ward aims to continuously improve the material and spiritual quality of life of the people, promote socio- economic development, and build Hoang Que ward into a bright, green, clean, and beautiful urban area.
