The Group was established in 2011. After more than a decade of construction and development, Cat Tuong Group has been successful in building and developing real estate in the fields of: civil real estate, industrial real estate and commercial real estate in the southern provinces. For Ninh Binh province, the Group has invested in Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park (Nghia Hung commune) since 2017 on an area of nearly 520 hectares, focusing on attracting secondary investors who are large FDI enterprises from many countries around the world, prioritizing in the field of dyeing and weaving, using high technology; at the same time, encouraging and promoting joint venture cooperation with Vietnamese enterprises towards the goal of localizing the production of 1 billion meters of fabric per year, pioneering in consolidating and developing the Vietnamese textile and garment industry; contributing to promoting the local and national economy . Currently, Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park has attracted 7 investors; In which, there are 2 large corporations from Japan and China with investment capital of over 200 million USD in the silk weaving sector, the occupancy rate is about 28%. The Group strives to reach 50% occupancy rate by the end of 2025, attracting FDI capital of 800 million USD and if 100% occupancy is achieved, it will reach 1.7 billion USD.
On behalf of Cat Tuong Group, Mr. Tran Quoc Viet, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Company, pledged to continue to stick together and accompany the locality to promote socio-economic development, pay attention to implementing well the investment in infrastructure and optimal technical infrastructure with the principle of complying with the law and the goal of sustainable, humane and sustainable development. According to the Government 's orientation, after the merger of the new Ninh Binh province, there will be a lot of room, the Group hopes that the departments and branches of the province will work together to make a white paper to promote investment; have the opportunity to access the province's investment calling projects and receive the province's support and companionship to develop new projects in Ninh Binh province. The Group also requested the province to pay attention to arranging social housing or accommodation areas for workers and experts.
Discussing with the leaders of Cat Tuong Group about the opinions and proposals, the Provincial Party Secretary Truong Quoc Huy emphasized: in the coming time, Ninh Binh province is ready to support and call for businesses to invest in Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park in particular and other industrial parks in the province. He also requested that the Group put environmental issues first during its operations, absolutely not allowing environmental risks to occur due to highly polluting industries, and need to review the infrastructure system to ensure good control of environmental pollution; currently the occupancy rate is only 28%, so it is necessary to pay attention to recruitment, job creation, and ensuring stable income for workers.
The Provincial Party Secretary also said that the province will consider allocating land to build social housing or build accommodation areas for workers, ensuring living conditions for workers in the industrial park. At the same time, he hopes that the Group will establish a business in Ninh Binh province to increase its contribution to the provincial budget so that the locality can use it to invest in connecting infrastructure, schools, and medical facilities for workers.
Accepting the opinion of the Provincial Party Secretary, the representative of Cat Tuong Group pledged to continue to improve the environmental and wastewater treatment system using modern technology from Japan and Singapore, ensuring compliance with the requirements for green and sustainable economic development. On this occasion, the Group respectfully invited the provincial leaders to visit the Group's industrial park and urban area projects in the southern provinces.
