Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and presented gifts to former provincial leaders

(sonla.gov.vn) On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), on the afternoon of August 25, 2025, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to former leaders of Son La province residing in Son La province.

The delegation visited comrade Luong An, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at Group 5, Chieng Le, To Hieu Ward; comrade Cam Ngoc Minh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at Group 7, Chieng Le, To Hieu Ward.

The former leaders expressed their excitement and emotion at the province's attention, believing that with the tradition of solidarity and the spirit of innovation, Son La will continue to develop rapidly and sustainably, worthy of the efforts of previous generations.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Dinh Viet expressed his deep gratitude to the former key leaders of the province through the periods, who have devoted much enthusiasm and intelligence to the revolutionary cause and the common development of Son La. He hoped that the comrades would continue to promote their pioneering and exemplary roles, contributing valuable experience to the provincial leaders in directing and operating the local socio -economic development, taking care of the people's lives better and better. He, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, believes that with their courage and prestige, the former leaders will continue to be a spiritual support, a strong source of encouragement, motivating cadres, party members and people of all ethnic groups in the province to unite and work together to build Son La to become more and more developed and prosperous.
