HNP - On September 11, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chuyen My commune organized the 1st Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates for the 2025-2030 term with the motto: "Democracy - solidarity - responsibility - creativity - development". The congress had 189 official delegates attending.

During the past term, the Fatherland Front of Chuyen My commune and its member organizations have innovated the content and methods of operation, focusing on the legitimate interests of union members, association members and people. Propaganda work has been effectively implemented with 31 conferences, nearly 1,500 documents, dozens of news and articles on grassroots radio and digital platforms, attracting more than 13,000 cadres, association members and people to participate. The team of reporters, propagandists and social opinion collaborators has been regularly strengthened, contributing to orienting ideology, grasping people's thoughts and aspirations, maintaining political security and social order and safety.

The Commune Fatherland Front Committee organized 7 dialogues with nearly 2,000 cadres, party members, and people, received and resolved 54 opinions; participated in contributing to the Party Congress documents at all levels; organized 14 conferences to disseminate the law to more than 2,700 people; conducted 8 supervisions, 46 social criticisms; coordinated in meeting voters, receiving citizens, and resolving petitions.

The movement "All people unite to build new countryside and civilized urban areas" has spread widely, with many practical models, such as: "Clean village roads", "Voluntary Saturdays and Sundays", "Going to the market with plastic baskets", "Blooming roads"...

The commune's Fatherland Front also mobilized to build and repair 55 houses for poor households, presented 1,738 gifts worth more than 1 billion VND, supported disadvantaged students and policy families; maintained many volunteer models, oriented towards islands, and people affected by natural disasters and floods.

Every year, the Fatherland Front Committee of Chuyen My commune proactively advises on organizing people's representative conferences so that people can directly discuss and agree on solutions to build a cultural life, and implement a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals, and festivals. The "Smart Mass Mobilization" models have been effective; the rate of "Cultural Families" reached 97.7%, and "Cultural Villages and Hamlets" reached 97.1%.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chuyen My commune sets many specific goals to improve the quality of its activities and affirm its central role in the great national unity bloc. In particular, it strives for 100% of cadres, party members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations to fully understand, study and propagate the Party's guidelines, State policies and the Front's work program.

The Commune Fatherland Front continues to mobilize and donate to the "For the Poor" Fund and the "For Vietnam's Sea and Islands" Fund, coordinate the implementation of poverty reduction and social security programs; strive for each residential area to have at least one practical project or task serving socio -economic development. More than 95% of front and mass organization cadres are trained in professional skills and digital skills every year; by the end of the term, it will reach 100%. The Commune Fatherland Front and 95% of the Front Work Committee deploy information technology applications and digital transformation; strive to complete annual political tasks well and excellently.

Speaking at the Congress, Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Nguyen Tien Hung affirmed the core role of the Fatherland Front of Chuyen My commune in building the great national unity bloc. This is a source of encouragement for the Fatherland Front of the commune to continue to make efforts and successfully carry out its tasks in the new period.

Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Chuyen My Commune, Le Quang Long, emphasized that despite difficulties, the Fatherland Front of the commune has achieved many outstanding results, affirming its core role in mobilizing the people, implementing emulation movements and major campaigns related to life. The reports presented at the Congress reflected objectively and comprehensively, pointed out limitations, drew profound lessons, and at the same time clearly identified goals and feasible solutions for the next term.

The Commune Party Committee highly agreed with the 12 targets, 2 breakthroughs and 6 action programs proposed in the draft report. In particular, the two breakthroughs are to innovate the content and methods of operation in a flexible and effective direction; focus on developing craft villages, making Cuu ancient village tourism a typical cultural destination. This is considered the right direction, in line with the potential and advantages of the locality in the spirit of the Resolution of the 1st Commune Party Congress.
