Thai Nguyen Provincial Police braved flood to help people

According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the afternoon and evening of October 7, Hanoi city, Thai Nguyen and Tuyen Quang provinces and neighboring areas will continue to have moderate to heavy rain, with total accumulated rainfall ranging from 30-80mm, in some places over 150mm. The risk of flooding still exists.
