The Provincial Land Fund Development Center is contacting and coordinating with the Branch of the Land Registration Office in the area where the project passes through to prepare for measuring and extracting the recovered land plots, serving the preparation of compensation, support and resettlement plans. This work will be implemented immediately after the investor hands over the site clearance markers in the field.

Recently, the Provincial People's Committee has also issued documents directing relevant departments, branches and localities to be responsible for organizing announcements and propaganda to people within the planned area of land clearance to know the importance of the project, not to carry out construction works within the project area. The Provincial People's Committee requires localities to strictly manage, not to allow illegal construction, taking advantage of policies, and disturbing security and order.

The high-speed railway on the North-South axis through Dak Lak province has a total length of about 96 km; passing through 13 communes and wards including: Xuan Loc, Xuan Canh, Xuan Tho, Xuan Dai, Tuy An Bac, Tuy An Dong, O Loan, Tuy An Nam, Binh Kien, Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen , Dong Hoa and Hoa Xuan. It is expected that the whole province will have about 4,380 households, organizations and land plots affected by site clearance for the project. The province has organized a groundbreaking ceremony for a resettlement area in Binh Kien ward on August 19.
