Faced with the complicated situation of heavy rain, Thai Nguyen Provincial Police mobilized hundreds of officers and soldiers from various forces and vehicles to deploy response plans, support and help people move people and property to safe areas.
Heavy rain caused the water level of Cau River to rise rapidly, exceeding the alarm level in many locations. The Provincial Police Director mobilized hundreds of officers and soldiers to coordinate with the Army and functional units to transport materials to reinforce the Cau River dike.
