| Authorities are actively assisting people in moving to safe locations. |
Given the complex weather developments, the communes of Cho Ra, Ba Be, and Thuong Minh have mobilized forces to assist people in relocating their property; proactively arranged vehicles and personnel on duty 24/7, ready to respond to any situation, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property according to the "four on-the-spot" principle.
Authorities advise that with heavy rain across a wide area and rising water levels in rivers and streams , people need to be especially vigilant about landslides, flash floods, and mudslides. They should limit travel, especially on roads with a high risk of landslides, in areas prone to deep flooding or landslides, and strictly follow the instructions of the authorities to prevent risks during the floods.
