Comrade Le Minh Ngan was elected Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of September 19, the second working day of the 15th Lai Chau Provincial Party Congress, the 15th Provincial Party Executive Committee announced the results of the first meeting held in the late afternoon of September 18. Accordingly, comrade Le Minh Ngan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Comrade Le Minh Ngan gave a speech accepting the assignment.

At the first conference, the Lai Chau Provincial Party Executive Committee elected 13 members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; elected 2 Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee and members and Chairmen of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

Comrade Le Van Luong, Deputy Secretary of the 14th term, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Comrade Sung A Ho, member of the Standing Committee of the 14th Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee were elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Executive Committee also elected 13 members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission. Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Vinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term 14, was re-elected as Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term 15. The Congress elected 16 official delegates to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.

In his acceptance speech, comrade Le Minh Ngan respectfully thanked the delegates for their trust, considering this an honor and responsibility entrusted by the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups of Lai Chau.

He affirmed absolute loyalty to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, strictly abide by the Party's platform, regulations, resolutions, and the State's laws and policies; together with the Executive Committee, promote the tradition of 75 years of Party building, 21 years of building and developing the province; determined to build a clean, strong, united, innovative, creative Executive Committee, and successfully organize the implementation of the Resolution of the 15th Congress.

The 15th Lai Chau Provincial Party Executive Committee was introduced to the congress.

Comrade Le Minh Ngan was born in 1969, from Quang Binh (now Quang Tri province), Kinh ethnic group, Bachelor of Law, Master of Land Management. Joined the Party on December 26, 1994, officially on December 26, 1995. He has held many positions, from technical officer of the Quang Binh Provincial Land Use Management Department to Director of the Quang Binh Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Vice Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment, to Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee (August 30 - September 17, 2025).

On September 18, he was elected by the 15th Provincial Party Executive Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
