Comrade Nguyen Van Ut holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province.

(Chinhphu.vn) - Comrade Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, was mobilized and appointed by the Secretariat to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; was elected by the People's Council of Dong Nai province to hold the position of Chairman of the Dong Nai People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Tam, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the Secretariat's Decision to transfer and appoint Comrade Nguyen Van Ut to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of November 18, Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work. At the conference, member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam presented the decision of the Secretariat to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam said that comrade Nguyen Van Ut is a capable and experienced cadre in State management and Party building; in all his positions, he always completed assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the local achievements.

Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Thanh Tam suggested that Comrade Nguyen Van Ut and the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee focus on organizing and implementing the action program of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with the spirit of the Central's "6 clear" direction; especially the key tasks and breakthroughs, the current center of which is the industrial and service ecosystem associated with Long Thanh International Airport; at the same time, continue to update the new strategic directions and directions of the Politburo , select content suitable to the province's potential and advantages, implement drastically, maintain high growth momentum, sustainable development; economic development is always associated with consolidating and firmly ensuring national defense and security, well implementing social security policies, ethnic and religious policies.

Immediately after the Conference to present the decision of the Secretariat, on the same afternoon (November 18), the People's Council of Dong Nai province, term X, 2021-2026, held the 7th Session (special) to decide on personnel work under its authority.

At the meeting, the People's Council of Dong Nai province dismissed comrade Vo Tan Duc from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term to accept a new job.

Dong Nai Provincial People's Council introduced and elected comrade Nguyen Van Ut to hold the position of Chairman of Dong Nai People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term with 107/107 votes in favor, reaching 100% of the delegates present.

Comrade Nguyen Van Ut gave a speech accepting the assignment.

In his speech accepting the assignment, comrade Nguyen Van Ut said that Dong Nai is a province with strong development, many potential advantages, is the industrial capital and has the 4th largest economic scale in the country; at the same time, he pledged to make efforts with the leadership of the Provincial People's Committee to make Dong Nai develop in accordance with the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee and develop worthy of the province's position.

Comrade Nguyen Van Ut was born in 1969, hometown Binh Hoa Nam commune, Duc Hue district, Long An province (old); professional qualifications: Bachelor of Economics, Master of Economics; political theory level: Senior. He has held positions such as: Chairman of Duc Hoa district People's Committee (old); Secretary of Duc Hoa district Party Committee (old); Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Long An provincial People's Committee (old); Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Long An provincial People's Committee (old).

From July 1, 2025, comrade Nguyen Van Ut was appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; the Prime Minister appointed him to hold the position of Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. On October 10, 2025, he was appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. In November 2025, the Secretariat decided to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Van Ut to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
