On the afternoon of November 17, Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Secretariat on personnel work for comrade Phan Thien Dinh - former Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City.

Attending the conference on the Central side were comrade Hoang Dang Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Major General Le Van Trung - Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4.

On the side of Hue city, there were comrade Nguyen Dinh Trung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee. On the side of Ha Tinh province, there were comrade Nguyen Duy Lam - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

In Decision No. 2526-QDNS/TW dated November 14, 2025 of the Party Central Committee, the Secretariat decided to transfer, assign and appoint comrade Phan Thien Dinh - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; transfer and appoint to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Hometown: Thuan An Ward, Hue City. Professional qualification: Master of Public Administration; Theoretical qualification: Advanced.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Hoang Dang Quang expressed that Comrade Phan Thien Dinh grew up from the grassroots and has held many working positions. He is considered a capable and experienced cadre in Party building and State management; determined, resolute, close to the grassroots, capable of gathering and uniting agencies and units. In his working positions, he always completed assigned tasks well and made many important contributions to the locality's overall achievements and results. In his new position, Comrade Phan Thien Dinh - the new Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee needs to promote his capacity, enthusiasm and responsibility, continue to learn, strive with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee to excellently complete assigned tasks.
