Comrade Phan Thien Dinh holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of November 17, the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of comrade Phan Thien Dinh to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the ceremony were Party Central Committee member, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Hoang Dang Quang; Major General Le Van Trung, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4.

In Decision No. 2526-QDNS/TW dated November 14, 2025, the Central Party Secretariat decided: Comrade Phan Thien Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang hoped that in his new position, comrade Phan Thien Dinh will promote his capacity, enthusiasm and responsibility, continue to learn and strive with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested the Executive Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, all levels, branches and localities in the whole province to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity and companionship so that comrade Phan Thien Dinh can successfully complete the assigned tasks, successfully implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, contributing to building the province to develop even more strongly in the coming time.

Expressing deep gratitude to the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat for their trust in assigning and handing over new tasks and responsibilities, the new Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, Phan Thien Dinh, affirmed that he will always maintain his political mettle, moral qualities, exemplary spirit, put the interests of the Party and the people first and foremost; constantly promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, devote all his strength, intelligence and enthusiasm to contribute to the cause of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system, contributing to building Ha Tinh province to develop rapidly, comprehensively and sustainably.

Comrade Phan Thien Dinh was born on December 10, 1971, hometown Thuan An ward, Hue city; master's degree in public administration, bachelor's degree in economics , bachelor's degree in law; advanced political theory level.

He held many important positions in Thua Thien Hue province (old), now Hue city such as: Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Thua Thien Hue province, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province, Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee (under the old Thua Thien Hue province), Secretary of the Thuan Hoa District Party Committee, Head of the Economic and Budget Committee of the Hue City People's Council. On October 3, 2025, at the 17th Hue City Party Congress, he was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

On October 17, at the 27th Special Session, 8th term, 2021-2026 term of Hue City People's Council, he was elected to hold the position of Chairman of Hue City People's Committee.

From November 14, 2025, the Secretariat decided to transfer and appoint comrade Phan Thien Dinh to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

On the same day, comrade Vo Trong Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, was mobilized and appointed by the Secretariat to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
