Appointment of Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh

Mr. Bui Nhan Sam has just been transferred by the Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee to work at the Department of Education and Training, appointed to the position of Director.

The Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 58-QD/TU on the transfer and assignment of work to Mr. Bui Nhan Sam - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.

Immediately after that, on November 12, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai signed Decision No. 2827/QD-UBND to accept Mr. Bui Nhan Sam to work at the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh from November 14, 2025; appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Mr. Bui Nhan Sam, born on May 20, 1971. Hometown: Dong Loc commune, Ha Tinh province. He is a cadre who grew up from the grassroots, held many leadership positions in the education sector, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, Secretary of the Huong Son District Party Committee (formerly) and Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

This personnel mobilization and assignment is part of the plan to arrange and consolidate the province's key staff after the 20th Ha Tinh Party Congress, in order to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period, especially in the field of education and training.
