Comrade Truong Minh Khiem holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dinh Hoa commune.

On August 19 and 20, the Dinh Hoa Commune Party Committee (An Giang Province) held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. There were 250 delegates representing 946 Party members in the entire Party Committee attending the congress. Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Tong Phuoc Truong attended and directed the congress.

Speaking at the congress, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Tong Phuoc Truong requested the Party Committee of Dinh Hoa commune to continue to promote the building of a clean and strong Party in all aspects; pay more attention to the work of planning, training and fostering cadres to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Comrade Tong Phuoc Truong emphasized that Dinh Hoa has the advantage of being a newly merged commune from 3 communes of Dinh Hoa, Thoi Quan, Thuy Lieu, so the land, resources, potential, and advantages are more abundant than before. In particular, the commune has Ho Chi Minh road, National Highway 61, and Cai Lon riverside road passing through, and a convenient traffic location to attract businesses to invest and process key products, contributing to job creation and accelerating the socio -economic development of the locality. Therefore, the Party Committee of the commune needs to focus on completing the work of land use planning, production, and traffic infrastructure.

Forming concentrated specialized production areas, introducing new high-yield varieties into production. Strengthening the application of scientific and technological advances and new technologies in production. Continuing to implement the project of 1 million hectares of high-quality, low-emission rice, associated with green and sustainable growth” - Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of An Giang Provincial Party Committee directed.

As a commune with a large Khmer population and 9 Khmer pagodas, comrade Tong Phuoc Truong requested the Party Committee of Dinh Hoa commune to continue promoting the cultural identity of the Khmer people, maintain and develop the Ok Om Bok festival; pay attention to taking care of the material and spiritual lives of the people, especially those with revolutionary contributions and policy families.

Executive Committee of Dinh Hoa Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of Dinh Hoa commune set out 29 specific targets, 3 breakthroughs, and 4 main solutions; striving to achieve double-digit growth by the end of the term.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee to appoint 32 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Dinh Hoa Commune Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030; and to appoint 11 comrades to the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee. Comrade Truong Minh Khiem was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
