Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program for the period 2021-2025. The plan sets out specific goals to maintain and consolidate products with 3-star and 4-star certification; strive to standardize at least 4 products with 4-star OCOP 2020 qualifications to participate in the assessment and ranking of national OCOP products in 2021. Strive to have about 150 new products of 70 entities participating in the OCOP Program in the next phase.

In addition, continue to support the development of OCOP products that have achieved OCOP certification in 2019 and 2020 of the province in the direction of improving product quality; building and improving packaging and labels; implementing traceability, protecting intellectual property rights for packaging designs and product labels. At the same time, manage and sell on electronic information pages, e-commerce trading floors; connect consumption with retail outlets, supermarkets... In 2021, Dong Thap strives to have at least 49 more OCOP products with 3 stars or more; have at least 20 products upgraded from 3 stars to 4 stars.
