To strengthen the management of cultural heritage in the area, the city has recently issued documents to direct the implementation of state management work associated with the preservation and promotion of the value of historical and cultural relics and scenic spots in conjunction with tourism development. It has directed departments, agencies, units, and the People's Committees of communes and wards to strictly implement relevant legal documents on the management of historical and cultural relics and scenic spots. At the same time, it has directed agencies and units to annually review and strengthen the Management Board of Historical Relics and issue internal regulations and operating procedures. As a result, security at historical and cultural relics in the area is strictly managed and protected, with no incidents of theft. Fire prevention, security, order, and environmental sanitation at the relics are ensured.
Local authorities are stepping up the dissemination and education of laws in the state management of cultural heritage to enhance legal knowledge and understanding among officials and the public, contributing to preventing and limiting acts of damage and negative impacts on cultural heritage.
The city regularly directs the maintenance, restoration, and preservation of historical relics; assigning specialized agencies to coordinate with qualified and certified consulting units to guide investors in developing plans and projects for the restoration of relics in accordance with regulations.
