One of the widely circulated stories tells of a young carpenter who, on his journey to find an axe handle on Mo Neo Mountain, accidentally stepped into a magical world. When he reached the top of the mountain, he happened to meet two old people engrossed in playing chess on a rock. The attraction of the game made him forget about time and the world around him. When he was hungry, an old man gave him a magical orange that helped him recover his health.
After the game ended, the two elders disappeared into the mist, leaving the carpenter alone on the mountain. When he found the axe handle, he found it had become a rotten log. He decided to return home, but everything had changed completely. Time seemed to have passed quickly, everyone he knew had grown old, while he still looked as young as ever…..
Khuoi My Village

Khuoi My is the name of a small village located on the slopes of Tay Con Linh mountain range, in Phuong Do commune, only about 12 km from the center of Ha Giang city. Khuoi My village has emerged as a new place in recent years because of its beautiful natural scenery, not inferior to the famous places of Ha Giang. The climate in Khuoi My village, Ha Giang, is cool and fresh all year round. Behind the village is the majestic Tay Con Linh mountain range. Especially in the rice harvest season, Khuoi My village becomes poetic, very suitable for wild nature photos. The people living in the village are mainly Dao ethnic people. Quan Am Pagoda Ha Giang
Quan Am Pagoda Ha Giang, one of the typical sacred pagodas, is located at 58 Phung Hung Street, Tran Phu Ward, Ha Giang City. For Ha Giang people, this is the most sacred place. Quan Am Pagoda was built with a majestic and beautiful architecture. The pagoda gate is made of large wood as if separated from the noisy, bustling world, while inside the pagoda is a peaceful, quiet space. The pagoda's stairs are paved with Granite stone, leaning to the right of the wooden gate with a massive, majestic design.

Quan Am Ha Giang Pagoda is divided into 3 floors and a ground floor, built gradually higher according to the terrain. With its unique beauty, majesty and grandeur, the pagoda has partly affirmed the development of Ha Giang city. Normally, Quan Am Pagoda opens at 8am and closes at 6pm every day. However, on the first days of the month, full moon days or holidays, the pagoda will close a little later to help Buddhists get home from work on time to make the pilgrimage.
Waterfall No. 6
Waterfall No. 6 is one of the beautiful waterfalls of Ha Giang city located in Ha Thanh village, Phuong Do commune. This place attracts many tourists to visit, take photos and camp. Coming here to admire the scenery, visitors will feel peaceful and refreshed by the sound of flowing water, soft and gentle, unlike other waterfalls.
