Vietnam tourism has the 7th highest growth rate in destinations globally

According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, the number of international searches for Vietnam tourism has increased by 10-25% since the beginning of the year, ranking 7th in the world . Vietnam is also the only destination in Southeast Asia in the top 10.

Also according to Google Destination Insights data, the top 10 cities in Vietnam searched the most by international tourists are: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi , Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Hoi An, Vung Tau, Da Lat, Phan Thiet, Hue.

The markets that are searching the most for Vietnam tourism are the US, India, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, UK, Taiwan (China), Malaysia, Hong Kong (China).

In the first 4 months of 2025, Vietnam's tourism industry welcomed more than 7.6 million international visitors (up 23.8% over the same period last year).
