On August 4, President Vo Van Thuong sent a letter of commendation to the art troupe accompanying the President and his wife and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation on a working trip to the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Italy.
Recently, the President and his wife successfully paid an official visit to the Republic of Austria and a state visit to the Republic of Italy (July 23-29, 2023), creating new momentum for the friendly relations with Austria and the strategic partnership with Italy.
Notably, within the framework of the visit, the art troupe led by Meritorious Artist Bui Cong Duy, Honorary Professor of the Kazakhstan National University of Arts, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Academy of Music, carefully prepared and excellently performed special art programs in the Republic of Austria and the Republic of Italy, leaving a deep impression on politicians and overseas Vietnamese of the two countries, contributing to highlighting the cultural exchange content of the visit.
President Vo Van Thuong praised and highly appreciated the Art Troupe, including artists from the Vietnam National Academy of Music, Hanoi Chamber Orchestra, Ho Chi Minh City Symphony - Music - Ballet Theater, and Thang Long Music and Dance Theater.
The President appreciated the dedication, seriousness and creativity of the artists who skillfully connected Vietnamese classical and traditional music in the performances for international friends and the Vietnamese community in Europe.
On this occasion, the President hopes that artists will always uphold good traditions, constantly create and develop, aiming for new artistic heights, contributing to spreading Vietnamese culture to international friends.
