Entering the second part of the film adaptation of the Sand Planet "Dune: Part two", the audience will continue to follow Paul Atreides in the battle for survival on Arrakis. As time goes on, Paul (Timothée Chalamet) reveals more and more of his true nature, containing both good and evil sides.

In the newly released second trailer, the male lead is delighted to reunite with Gurney Halleck - the teacher and talented general of the Atreides family after the surprise attack at the headquarters. The two of them enter the battle that was revealed in part 1, against the Harkonnen family and the Emperor's army.

During a brief conversation between the two, Gurney questioned Paul's reticence to use the oracle to mobilize the Fremen's physical and mental strength. Paul promptly replied that doing so would only lead to terrible results.

When Gurney Halleck claims that it was because he lost control, Paul reveals that he has actually mastered the ability, implying that he is the cause of the dark future.

As revealed in Part One, the new leader of the Atreides, Paul, plays a crucial role in the war. Through subtle means, the Bene Gesserit have planted a prophecy in the minds of the Fremen that a hero will appear. That person will lead them through the great battle, regaining their freedom, happiness, and prosperity.

That person is none other than Paul. According to the original (novel), Paul is not entirely a good person, especially when he makes decisions to manipulate the political situation.

Also in the second trailer, veteran actor Christopher Walken finally appears as Emperor Shaddam IV. He is portrayed in a cold tone, especially when his daughter - Princess Irulan (Florence Pugh) reveals that Paul Atreides is still alive after the previous surprise "attack".

On the Emperor's side are the brutal Harkonnens. The introduction of Baron Vladimir Harkonnen and his nephew Feyd (played by Stellan Skarsgard and Austin Butler, respectively) will be two of the many highlights of this second film.
