Introducing and announcing the release of the stamp set, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui Hoang Phuong said that the event of releasing the stamp set to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day is not only a cultural event of profound significance, but also an important political and social activity to honor and deeply express gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, who gave birth to Vietnam's revolutionary press, along with generations of revolutionary journalists who have continuously devoted themselves, fought and sacrificed for the revolutionary cause, for national independence and the happiness of the people.

The Ministry of Science and Technology respectfully presents the Vietnam Journalists Association with a picture of the stamp set "Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (1925 - 2025).
The stamp features a bright red Vietnamese national flag with a five-pointed yellow star in the center, designed softly like a fluttering silk strip, symbolizing the immortal spirit of the nation. On the left side of the flag is a portrait of President Ho Chi Minh - the one who laid the foundation and direction for Vietnam's revolutionary journalism.
