After concluding her journey at the international music competition Sing! Asia in the top 3, Phuong My Chi shared an emotional message to her fans back home.
The 22-year-old singer said that what makes her most proud and happy throughout her journey is not just her achievements, but the enduring love and support from Vietnamese audiences.

Finishing in the top 3 of Sing! Asia, Phuong My Chi didn't mention any regrets, but instead poured all her emotions into talking about the love of her hometown audience.
On her personal page, the singer born in 2003 shared: " Thank you to the audience back home in Vietnam for always encouraging and supporting me. I feel like I have so many loving 'family members'."
Before or after a performance, I always think of the audience, who have been eagerly anticipating each of my acts and watching them with pride. With such high-quality "family" behind me, I feel like I'm not at all at a disadvantage on the international stage.”
Phuong My Chi also expressed satisfaction with what she had shown at this international competition. She said that if the audience felt proud after watching her two performances in the final night, then the singer would have no regrets.
Earlier, during the final night, Phuong My Chi teamed up with artist Hoang Linh to perform Son Tung M-TP's hit song "Lac Troi" in both Vietnamese and Chinese.
DTAP's new arrangement, featuring a symphony orchestra, heightened the emotions, making the performance a highlight of the night.
The couple received 202.8 points – the highest score in this round – thanks to their excellent chemistry and the subtle integration of East Asian cultural elements.
Phuong My Chi's performance of "Chopsticks" in the final night.
In the solo performance, Phuong My Chi presented a self-composed song with DTAP titled "Chopsticks." Inspired by the familiar image of chopsticks in Vietnamese culture, the performance conveyed a message about unity, friendship, and solidarity among Asian nations.
She sang in three languages: Vietnamese, English, and Chinese, accompanied by an elaborate performance featuring 30 children dressed in traditional costumes from various Asian countries, creating a vibrant and touching scene.
Vietnam's representative, Phuong My Chi, made a strong impression by winning third place overall with a total score of 406.8, just 0.8 points behind the runner-up, Chu Phi Ca (China).
Throughout her journey on Sing! Asia, the singer born in 2003 impressed with performances that blended Vietnamese culture with modern elements, such as Vovinam martial arts in "Buon Trang," a folk mashup of "Ly Bac Bo," and Vietnamese rap in "Vu Tru Co Anh."
Her performances not only captivated the international judges and audience, but also made the domestic public proud of the image of a young artist embodying a strong national spirit on the continental stage.
