The Ring Road 4 project - Capital Region through Bac Ninh province is being paved with the first meters of asphalt concrete in package number 14 through Thuan Thanh district.
Regarding site clearance, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requested that during the process of propaganda and mobilization, it is necessary to clearly and specifically answer questions so that people can understand the provisions of the law, mechanisms and support policies of the province, at the same time, strongly propagate the effects of the project, the connection with other projects, create consensus and high spillover effects among the people; at the same time, require localities to complete site clearance no later than March 20.
