In particular, the press conference was attended by players who have grown up from the national youth (U.13) and children (U.11) football tournaments such as Vietnam team captain Do Duy Manh; player Nguyen Cong Phuong, player Tran Danh Trung - currently playing for The Cong Viettel Club and 10 U.13 The Cong Viettel players - representing more than 1,300 players nationwide.

The tournament will take place from June 2 to July 15 with the participation of 45 teams from 36 provinces/cities. The qualifying round will take place in 3 localities including Hai Phong (from June 5 to 16), Dak Lak (from June 2 to 16) and Ba Ria-Vung Tau (from June 11 to 22). The final round will take place from July 1 to 15 in Binh Duong with the participation of 16 teams that passed the qualifying round.
