In the spirit of implementing the central government's general policy on ending the operation of district-level administrative units, EVN has issued a document allowing regional power corporations to end district-level power operations and pilot the establishment of power management teams under provincial power companies.

Accordingly, the electricity management team has production teams, performing the main functions and tasks of managing the operation of the power grid and retailing electricity; can use seals and accounts.

The team leader and deputy team leader of the electricity management team have position allowances equivalent to the head and deputy head of the provincial electricity company.

Regional power corporations decide on specific contents related to the pilot organization and operation of the electricity management team according to regulations; report to the People's Committees of provinces/cities.

EVN requires maintaining the provision of stable and continuous electricity services to customers in the management area, ensuring jobs and income for workers.
