FPT Long Chau introduces personalized healthcare strategy using artificial intelligence

On the morning of October 9, 2025, at the Vietnam Artificial Intelligence Forum 2025 - AI360 organized by VINASA under the auspices of the Ministry of Science and Technology , FPT representatives shared their vision and specific actions in the mission of "Public and private sectors jointly build the nation" - joining hands to build a strong digital Vietnam with artificial intelligence.

FPT Retail Deputy General Director Nguyen Do Quyen, representative of Long Chau pharmacy and vaccination system - shared about the strategy of personalizing the healthcare journey of Vietnamese people using AI.

The event gathered more than 300 delegates, including leaders of ministries, experts and leading technology enterprises, to discuss, share and cooperate to make AI a new growth driver for Vietnam's digital economy .

At the workshop "Building smart businesses and societies with AI - AI360", Ms. Nguyen Do Quyen, Deputy General Director of FPT Retail, and Executive Director of Long Chau pharmacy system and vaccination center, shared about the strategy of applying AI to personalize the healthcare journey of Vietnamese people.

Her presentation affirmed Long Chau's pioneering role in connecting technology with public health in a humane, practical and sustainable way.

FPT Retail's Deputy General Director emphasized that healthcare is a very special field, because each person has a unique journey such as different medical histories, different treatment needs, and different accessibility. Long Chau believes that only when healthcare is personalized, people can truly receive comprehensive and effective care.

With more than 2,400 pharmacies, 200 vaccination centers and millions of interactions per month, Long Chau does not choose to be a “one-size-fits-all solution”, but builds a data and artificial intelligence platform to understand each individual, from disease prevention, treatment to long-term care.

“At Long Chau, AI is the bridge that helps pharmacists provide timely advice, people identify disease risks better, and millions of customers comply with treatment more effectively. Importantly, we put people at the center. AI does not replace pharmacists - AI accompanies them. So that each interaction with customers is not only faster, more accurate, but also warmer and more trustworthy,” Ms. Nguyen Do Quyen shared.

With the Long Chau pharmacy and vaccination system, AI is not the destination but the bridge for the entire ecosystem to work towards the common goal of taking care of Vietnamese people's health more intelligently and humanely.
