According to Deputy General Director of Da Nang Port Joint Stock Company Le Quang Duc, with more than 800 employees, the unit is one of the few enterprises in the country to receive the title "Outstanding enterprise for employees" for 8 consecutive years.

Every year, the company spends about 2 billion VND to buy advanced health insurance for all staff and workers, and also buys life insurance for employees with 2 years or more of service.

Furthermore, the welfare policy also extends to the workers' families: female workers with young children receive a subsidy of 200,000 VND/month/child, annual birthday celebrations for elderly parents, and a vacation regime every 2 years with funding for 2 people.

The 13th and 14th month salary bonus has remained stable over many years, becoming a great source of encouragement to help employees stay with the company for a long time.

Not only does the company care about its employees, it is also a strong support for special circumstances.

When Mr. Nguyen Van Dung (Administrative Department employee) discovered he had nasopharyngeal cancer, the company's Board of Directors and Trade Union quickly launched an internal support program, raising 225 million VND to help him with his treatment.

At Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Corporation, for many years the unit has always focused on building a sustainable working environment, considering employees as the most valuable asset.

Chairman of the Corporation's Trade Union Nguyen Thanh Son said that Hoa Tho currently has nearly 11,300 workers.

In addition to holiday bonuses, 13th month salary, employees are also paid full annual leave, and get 2 additional days off with full pay/year for sightseeing and travel .
