Nearly 90% of communes and towns in Cam Giang have installed surveillance cameras to monitor administrative procedures.

The "one-stop" service center in Cam Giang district has been equipped with a surveillance camera system to improve the quality of administrative procedures.

According to the People's Committee of Cam Giang district, as of June 20th, 15 out of 17 communes and towns in the district have installed surveillance camera systems to monitor administrative procedures at the "one-stop" service center, accounting for nearly 90% of the communes and towns. Two communes, Cam Vu and Cam Phuc, have yet to install surveillance camera systems. Previously, at the end of 2023, the "one-stop" service center in Cam Giang district also installed a surveillance camera system. Currently, Cam Giang district has the highest rate of installing surveillance camera systems for handling administrative procedures at the commune level in the province.

The surveillance camera system and online monitors are connected from the "one-stop" service centers at the district and commune levels to the offices of the Standing Committee members of the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee members of the Commune Party Committee. Along with installing the surveillance camera system, units and localities in Cam Giang district have also invested in improving the infrastructure of the "one-stop" service centers, equipment, machinery, and internet connection.

The installation of surveillance camera systems aims to improve the quality of administrative procedures at the "one-stop" service centers at the district and commune levels; prevent acts of harassment and inconvenience in handling administrative procedures; and ensure the monitoring of the reception, processing, and delivery of results of administrative procedures in accordance with the one-stop and integrated one-stop mechanisms.

From the beginning of the year until June 20th, the "one-stop" service center in Cam Giang district received and processed over 1,000 administrative procedure applications, while the "one-stop" service centers at the commune level received and processed over 20,000 applications. There were no overdue applications throughout the district. The rate of fully digitized applications reached nearly 95%, and the rate of digitized application results reached 99%.
