Every year, on the 12th day of the second lunar month, people solemnly hold a festival to commemorate the merits of the village's tutelary god, expressing their respect and gratitude to their ancestors, while contributing to preserving and spreading the unique cultural values of the locality.
Co Che communal house still preserves many exquisite carvings and rare artifacts such as: genealogy, 12 royal decrees in Chinese characters and national language translations. Researchers evaluate Co Che communal house as "the remaining precious gem of the Northern Delta", with artistic value comparable to Chu Quyen, Huong Canh and Phu Lao communal houses.

In 2004, the communal house was recognized as a city-level relic and ranked as a national historical-cultural relic in 2015.
Over the centuries, Co Che communal house has seriously degraded. In order to preserve and promote the value of the relic, in 2023, Phu Xuyen District People's Committee implemented the project to restore and embellish the communal house with a total cost of nearly 24 billion VND. The project was completed on schedule, ensuring strict technical and aesthetic requirements.
In addition to the State's investment capital, people, businesses and children living far from home have actively supported and contributed a total of more than 867 million VND.
